"Always “Extra-Ordinary” Customer Service at Aaron Bussard’s office in Conneaut Lake, PA. I firmly believe in giving good reviews to people who are “caught in the act of doing something good”. I called the office at 9am this morning and left a message. Heather called me back within 15 minutes. She apologized for the delay. Lol She already had pulled up my file and was ready with the answers I needed. While on the phone, Heather took time to quickly explain the details and differences in our auto coverage and which items might need updated. Heather is very knowledgeable and communicated the “insurance vocabulary” for me to understand easily. My husband & I have been loyal State Farm customers for years. Whether we call, or just drop by the office, we always feel welcome by each staff member and never rushed. By the way, meeting at this office is a breeze. Extremely convenient off-street parking in front of the office. It is very easy to enter this building.The office is always spotless, and each person is neat and professional. Each agent wants to get to know us personally and to make sure that we are comfortable to ask them any questions that we might have. Sometimes, they assist in reducing items that can save money or have become out-dated. Other times, weak coverage areas are weighed before liability becomes an issue. "In this time of modern technology and all the advancements of AI, most big companies’ customer service departments are automated, and they rarely take the time to truly listen to their customers’ genuine complaints and issues. However, there are still some dedicated and hardworking professionals who make a difference through their commitment and passion. Yes, I am talking about State Farm’s customer service agent, Hannah Wermlinger. She has all the qualities that are desperately needed in a customer service role. Above all, listening to customers and truly understanding their problems is the most vital and crucial trait and this is something she genuinely possesses. I was insured with PROGRESSIVE for the last five years, and for some reason, they never offered their best service. They were constantly trying to increase my premium, even though I have a clean driving record. Recently, I added a new family member to the authorized drivers list, and all of a sudden, they not only increased my premium by nearly 200%, but also informed me that the rate would increase even further at the next renewal (despite the new driver having a clean two-year driving history). As a result, I started looking for a new insurance company that could offer both competitive rates and strong coverage, and that’s how I came across Hannah. Right from the beginning, she was willing to listen to my concerns in detail. Initially, I assumed that like many other representatives she would simply provide standard pricing options and move on. However, throughout our conversation, she was patient, humble, and extremely attentive. By the end of the call, she not only significantly decreased the price I was previously paying but also added the new driver to all three of my vehicles. She accomplished this by carefully reviewing the system and suggesting several customized options. When I started the call, I had very typical expectations, but gradually, she changed my perspective by truly solving my problem. Ultimately, I decided to purchase bundled insurance from State Farm because of her excellent communication skills and dedication. If anyone is struggling with high premiums or difficulty getting fair pricing despite having a good driving history, I would 10000% recommend calling the Aaron Bussard Insurance Agency (State Farm) and speaking with Hannah.
