"In this time of modern technology and all the advancements of AI, most big companies’ customer service departments are automated, and they rarely take the time to truly listen to their customers’ genuine complaints and issues. However, there are still some dedicated and hardworking professionals who make a difference through their commitment and passion. Yes, I am talking about State Farm’s customer service agent, Hannah Wermlinger.
She has all the qualities that are desperately needed in a customer service role. Above all, listening to customers and truly understanding their problems is the most vital and crucial trait and this is something she genuinely possesses. I was insured with PROGRESSIVE for the last five years, and for some reason, they never offered their best service. They were constantly trying to increase my premium, even though I have a clean driving record. Recently, I added a new family member to the authorized drivers list, and all of a sudden, they not only increased my premium by nearly 200%, but also informed me that the rate would increase even further at the next renewal (despite the new driver having a clean two-year driving history). As a result, I started looking for a new insurance company that could offer both competitive rates and strong coverage, and that’s how I came across Hannah. Right from the beginning, she was willing to listen to my concerns in detail. Initially, I assumed that like many other representatives she would simply provide standard pricing options and move on. However, throughout our conversation, she was patient, humble, and extremely attentive. By the end of the call, she not only significantly decreased the price I was previously paying but also added the new driver to all three of my vehicles. She accomplished this by carefully reviewing the system and suggesting several customized options. When I started the call, I had very typical expectations, but gradually, she changed my perspective by truly solving my problem. Ultimately, I decided to purchase bundled insurance from State Farm because of her excellent communication skills and dedication. If anyone is struggling with high premiums or difficulty getting fair pricing despite having a good driving history, I would 10000% recommend calling the Aaron Bussard Insurance Agency (State Farm) and speaking with Hannah.

"OMG! my agent was Hannah and I could not have been more pleased with the experience. She was personable, while professional. She also had the opportunity to exhibit her extensive knowledge. After listening to my non-standard circumstances, she recommended that a renters policy would more closely align with my goals even though I own my home. I had never even considered this possibility, precisely because I own my own home. In one inspired suggestion, she eliminated my concerns, expanded my coverage, and at a significant cost savings. She was able to win over an extremely upset old man (age only being mentioned, exactly becauae it's the source of my problem). We began with me being very upset that the quote I had requested generated an exorbitant premium based on the replacement cost of my house (understandably higher than the appraised price), but I wanted neither. I wanted a relatively low, defined total payout in the event the house were destroyed. My biggest concern was that the policy cover any property related liability. Lower coverage lower premium, or so I thought. Instead, I was seeing a situation whereby, in order to obtain the liability that I absolutely wanted, I could not go less than 100% of the cost of the house. And not at the lower appraised price, but at the even higher replacement cost-further inflating the premium. I was facing an all-or-nothing choice and I was upset. That's why her inspired suggestion made all the difference; I immediately saw the brilliance as that made everything click into place.

By carefully listening to my semi-rant, she was able to identify the source of my problem and offer an elegant solution, winning me over along the way."
